We charge by the hour. You see the full breakdown before you pay anything. Here's the whole rate card.

- • Outdoor space is always the indoor rate plus $100/hour, any day of the week.
- • 2-hour minimum on all bookings.
- • A 50% deposit confirms your date; balance due before the event.
- • 5-day cancellation policy.
- • Bring your own catering and food — no food minimums. Bar service is optional; the cash bar carries a $500 minimum (see packages below).

$250/hr × 3 hr = $750 · deposit $375
Sample: weekend indoor + outdoor
$400/hr × 5 hr = $2000 · deposit $1000

Cash bar with beer, wine & hard seltzer. Guests pay per drink; you only cover any shortfall under $500 in total sales.

Whole-event access to a variety of board games and a foosball table.
A/V system and microphone are included free with every booking.
